ORB was commissioned to carry out a full Mechanical and Electrical design fit out on 34no. uniquely designed 3 & 4 bedroom homes located in the stunning Somerset countryside. These houses are energy efficient and highly sustainable.

ORB were delighted to be appointed the main M&E contractor for this project, we put together the right team of experts to carry out a full electrical and mechanical fit out for a new build, residential development in the heart of the Somerset countryside.

The works consisted of installing: – mechanical and electrical design – mechanical and electrical 1st fix and 2nd fix as well as sanitaryware – mechanical and electrical testing and commissioning gas boilers.
