The works consisted of installing: – Mains Boosted Cold Water – Exhaust air heat pumps – Underfloor heating – MVHR – Dry risers – Fire Alarm – Video entry and concierge – Power and lighting – CCTV – IRS/TV/Satellite system – Electrical vehicle charging – Landlords communal lighting and power
