At the start of this year, we were awarded the main contractor to carry out Mechanical and Electrical installation works to a new residential development located at Atlantic Heights.
We’re proud to announce that ORB Mechanical & Electrical has been appointed to deliver the full Mechanical & Electrical Design & Build package for an exciting new residential development on Bath Road, comprising 31 high-quality apartments.
Our team is already on-site and underway, starting with the installation of MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery) ductwork. This critical first phase sets the foundation for enhanced energy efficiency, improved indoor air quality, and long-term comfort for future residents.
This project marks another fantastic opportunity for ORB to showcase our dedication to quality, technical excellence, and consistent delivery on complex residential schemes. We’re thrilled to be part of shaping a sustainable and modern living environment in this thriving location.
