In 2019, ORB was appointed by Balfour Beatty to carry out a full electrical package to five new town houses situated in Kingsgate, Cheltenham.
The works consisted of installing: Mechanical ventilation heat recovery – Efficient gas boiler – Underfloor heating – Hot water return – Domestic health services – Above ground Drainage – MVHR ventilation system – Unvented hot water cylinder – SVP and waste – General power and lighting – External power and lighting – Lighting specification – Scolmore wiring accessories – Solar photovoltaic system (Renewables)
