Known as one of Bristol’s most culturally diverse and independent neighbourhoods is Stokes Croft, where ORB have completed M&E works to a Marketing Sales Suite.

Situated in Bristol’s famous Stokes Croft is Carriage Works, who aim to bring residents and the wider community together.

Comprised of 145 apartments, Carriage Works will become home to several retail units bordering a new marketplace and with it’s infused vibrant and historical feel, it really makes it an exiting place to be in.

In December 2020, ORB was appointed by PG group to carry out Mechanical and Electrical installation works to 5 different residential blocks. However, recently ORB have just completed the marketing sales suite and these are the works that we carried out:

The works consisted of installing: – Lighting and small power – Emergency lighting – Emergency lighting – Fire alarm – Access control – IRS TV system – Intruder alarm – CCTV – Data & Telephone – Ventilation – Above ground drainage – MCWS (Mains Cold Water Services) – Water Heaters – Sanitary Ware (Toilets & Kitchenette)
