ORB was commissioned to carry out a full Mechanical and Electrical design and installation fit out on luxurious apartments just off the city centre of Bath. 

This project involves a newly built residential development, consisting of 9 apartments including 6 no.2 bedroom lateral apartments and 3 no.2 bed duplex apartments. 

Sunley, Bath is located in a prime location, you’ll be surrounded by a mix of retail and other commercial uses combined with residential accommodation along the river. Bath is also home to various sporting venues such as The Recreation Ground, being the home of Bath Rugby – yes, we’re just as excited as you are!

ORB are delighted to announce that we were appointed to be the main M&E contractor for this residential project. Our team of dedicated experts carried out a full electric and mechanical fit out (1st and 2nd fix), along with mechanical testing and commissioning including gas boilers.

The works consisted of installing: – Internal lighting – Emergency lighting – Small power and LV distribution – Structured Cabling (Data) Fire alarm – Access control – Automated Opening Ventilation – TV Distribution system
