Our team at ORB Mechanical & Electrical were on site today at Parkwood House for a pre-start meeting as we prepare to begin our M&E works next week.
This four-storey development will deliver 22 high-quality apartments for The Guinness Partnership, with project completion scheduled for early 2026.
We’re proud to be supporting the main contractor with the full mechanical and electrical package on this scheme. With the first floor planks now in place, the ground floor is fully prepped and ready for our first fix ventilation and above ground drainage installation to get underway.
