We’ve secured yet another fantastic project in Bristol.
ORB Mechanical and Electrical are a Bristol based company now in partnership with Dandara Living.
Dandara Living is one of the leading companies in the UK’s build-to-rent sector today.
As leading M&E contractors across Bristol and the South West, we’re happy to have secured Plot 4A.
Plot 4A is located at Stafford Street Bedminster, the project is part of Bristol’s Bedminster Green development.
This area has five plots that are being redeveloped with residential-led and mixed-use schemes in mind. Construction has already begun and is expected to continue until 2027.
The development area includes the Hereford Street and Little Paradise car parks, Bedminster Green, the former car park sitting in between Dalby Avenue and Windmill Hill City Farm, the former Pring and Hill site next to the Sheene Road junction, St Catherine’s Place and the land next to the west of the precinct.
We’re pleased to have been appointed for the design and build of the Mechanical and electrical installation on the 21no. 1-bed and 2-bed homes.
The team at ORB Mechanical and Electrical will work on the following:
- A full Mechanical and Electrical design fit-out
- Mains boosted cold water system
- Hot water Heat Pumps
- MEV Ventilation
- Sprinkler systems
- Door entry and access control
- CCTV systems
- Communal lighting and power
- Underfloor heating
- Dry risers
- Fire alarms
- AOV Smoke Ventilation System
- IRS/TV/Satellite system
