Jess Faithful (Financial Director)
Jess is our Financial Director and has been part of the ORB journey from the start. On a day-to-day role, Jess overseas all financial activities, reports to the managing director, implements policies, and improves financial processes – Jess basically runs the show here!
Outside of work, you’ll find jess at the stables or galloping round the fields with her horse Dragon. Jess is also a full-time parent who loves to spend lots of time with her son Gordy, who most definitely takes his looks after his mum!
Deborah Miles (Office Manager)
Deb has recently been promoted and is now our Office Manager. On a day-to-day basis, Deb is responsible for raising POs, providing office support, organise meetings, managing office supplies and answering any of your queries on the phone or through email.
Deb loves her city breaks, spending time with her family and loves to head to the local pub, where you’ll find her sipping on her favourite Gin. Deb has recently started working on her bucket list – had a tattoo, has just come back from her afternoon tea at The Ritz and will soon be going on a Mediterranean cruise next year. Oh…and if you’re ever popping into the office, be sure to ask for her signature coffee – It’s a winner!
Grace Hood (Digital Marketer)
Grace is our Digital Marketer, AKA the tech guru! Grace is responsible for maintaining social media presence on all platforms, planning digital marketing campaigns, creating video campaigns, managing the websites SEO, writing case studies and analysing marketing statistics.
Outside of work, Grace loves to go to her intense spin classes and heads home most weekends for her mums home cooked meals and to spend lots of quality time with her new puppy called Goose! Oh…yeah, the name?! Don’t ask! It’s a long story.
