Central ASHP and water tank plant providing heating, hot water and domestic hot & boosted cold water via a below ground pipework to each block, heat interface units within apartments, mechanical ventilation heat recovery, dry risers, sprinkler systems for fire suppression, fire alarm, door entry and access control systems, power, lighting and lighting control to apartments, CCTV, IRC/TV/Satellite system, electrical and bike vehicle charging, landlords communal lighting and power.
