Design and build of Electrical, Mechanical and Public Health installations to the site of an old Royal British Legion hotel refurbished to provide new apartments.

ORB was commissioned to design and build the Electrical, Mechanical and Public Health installations to the site of an old Royal British Legion hotel where our client refurbished the existing building to provide new apartments overlooking the Bristol Channel.

The scope of works for this project includes:

Direct electric heating and hot water

Mechanical extract ventilation

Dry risers

Misting systems for fire suppression

Fire alarm

Door entry and Access control systems

Power

lighting and lighting control

CCTV

IRS/TV/Satellite system

Electrical and bike vehicle charging

Landlords communal lighting and power
